The video I never thought I'd make is FINALLY uploaded!

Whew. This is a big one, Reader...

Last Wednesday, I sat down, hit record, and made one of the hardest, most emotional videos yet—and finally (after all the tech snafus), I’m sharing it with you.

I’ve made a decision about my body that I never thought I’d make. And if I’m being honest? It scares the hell out of me.

For years, I’ve been all about body positivity, ditching diet culture, and embracing our plus-size bodies unapologetically. I want to be very clear that this has NOT changed - I'm still all about each of those things and it will always be a part of my message.

But after months of struggling with a lot of inflammation and pain, and some health issues, I had to get real with myself. And when I did? I made a choice I know might come with some backlash.

I won’t sugarcoat it—this decision was gut-wrenching. It brought up so many fears, doubts, and emotions. But at the end of the day, my message has also been about body autonomyand that means honoring what feels right for my body, even when it’s complicated.

So, here it is. The video I never thought I’d make. I hope you’ll watch with an open heart. 💖
