Just dropped a new video this morning - what my first week on a GLP-1 was like.
Whether you're new to my community or been around from the beginning (thank you 💕), I just wanted to give an update...
When I started the blog, podcast, and YouTube channel, I was loud and proud about being anti-diet, anti-weight loss, and firmly believed you couldn’t be body positive and still want to lose weight. That was my truth back then.
But then my health and quality of life took a hit. I had to ask myself: What does caring for my body look like now? Are those beliefs still true for me today?
And here’s what I’ve come to realize:
I've changed.
I've evolved.
What my body needs now is different (and that includes losing weight).
That doesn’t mean anything’s “wrong.” I still loathe diet culture, fatphobia, and society’s bullshit body standards. But I can hold those truths and make choices that honor where I am today. 😍
All that to say, while my messaging will still mostly be the same - some things will change.
Remember, you are enough just as you are! 💗
